Harry Potter, and the movement for Wizard's rights

Harry Potter and his magical compatriots have won a huge victory in movement for wizard's rights. The United Kingdom has given incarcerated Pagans the right to carry their wands, and by wands I mean twigs. The decision to allow them to carry their instruments of magic is apart of reforms protecting the religious rights of prisoners. They will be allowed to decorate, and carry their wands while incarcerated. Does that mean that a pagan has the right under religious freedom to cast a freedom spell on each other? Hey Jk Rowlings, there's your next Harry Potter book. I am all for the freedom of religion, but this is goddamn silly!

Thoughts?

In an unrelated article, but just as amusing Ashlee Simpson calls Brittney Spears, "Trashy!"
