Okay, I'll admit, I'm a Pibb fan. And I pretty much loathe diet soda—with the exception of the delicious, nutrasweet flavor of diet coke. But yesterday a commercial for Dr. Pepper's new soda set me off. Seriously, cherry chocolate DIET soda? Are you f'ing kidding me, Doctor?
As if the weight problem in America weren't bad enough (P.S. 60% of the population is overweight), we've got to come up with desserts stuffed inside a can. So according to the sick marketing masterminds of Dr. Pepper, you can now have your cake and drink it too. Umm, what? What kind of crazy dieting soul needs to taste a chocolate-dipped cherry cordial or cherry-flavored chocolate cupcake with their soda? And why are people on diets drinking soda in the first place?
This is too much.

Listen, I don't care how many times they try and tell me that shit tastes like regular Dr. Pepper. That is a total farce.
Diet is Diet, regular is regular. And both are making our nation fat. Hence why El Duderino doesn't drink soda (or at least one reason).
