Let Duderino just say this - at least 85% of Manhattans Street's and Avenues are numbered. If you're on the corner of 14th and 6th and you're going to 4th and 6th, you're walking 10 blocks South. There's no secret formula. They're not trying to trick you with this logical naming convention.
And yet, they're always in the middle of the sidewalk, map wide open, fanny packs and 2.5 children in tow.
Gotta love summer in the City.
